Delete your RowFlow account

You can permanently delete your RowFlow account and information associated with it. Use the in-product deletion control when possible, or email RowFlow support if you cannot sign in.

Email a deletion request

Delete from your Profile

Sign in to RowFlow, open Profile, scroll to Account, select Delete Account, and confirm the permanent deletion. This is the fastest way to remove your account.

Request deletion without signing in

If you cannot access your account, email support@rowflow.app from the address associated with the account and use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject. RowFlow will verify the request and process it within 7 business days.

Information removed

Deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, account credentials, alerts, trackers, saved items, analysis history, support and chart requests, push-notification association, and other information linked to the account, except for limited records retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record purposes.

Subscriptions must be canceled separately

Deleting a RowFlow account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through the provider used for the purchase before deleting your account to prevent future renewal.
