RowFlow
RowFlow Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026. This policy explains how Rowflow LLC collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use RowFlow.
Information we collect
RowFlow may collect account and profile information, subscription and transaction status, content you submit, and limited feature-interaction, device, general location, performance, and diagnostic information. Third-party sign-in providers send the information needed to authenticate your account. Payment providers process payment credentials; RowFlow receives transaction and subscription information but not full payment-card or bank-account details.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure RowFlow, authenticate accounts, maintain subscriptions and access, remember settings, deliver requested alerts and communications, respond to support requests, maintain service performance, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. RowFlow uses optional first-party usage analytics to understand aggregate service use and performance. RowFlow does not use this analytics data to maintain account-level activity histories, advertise, or profile users, and you may disable it on your device.
Device storage
Some information used by certain RowFlow tools may be stored only on your device.
Service providers and disclosure
RowFlow uses providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, error monitoring, communications, and support. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under applicable agreements. RowFlow may also disclose information when required by law, to protect RowFlow or its users, or in connection with a business transaction. RowFlow does not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, or track users across unrelated apps or websites for advertising.
Retention and account deletion
RowFlow retains information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business, security, legal, and accounting purposes. Optional usage analytics records are retained for no more than 25 months. You can permanently delete your account from your Profile or through the public account-deletion page. RowFlow deletes or anonymizes associated information except for limited records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record purposes. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel through the provider used for the purchase to prevent renewal.
Security and processing location
RowFlow uses technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. RowFlow is based in the United States, and information is primarily processed there. Where required by law, RowFlow uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers. RowFlow processes information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, operate and secure RowFlow, or with consent where required.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, manage optional communications, and clear locally stored information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of certain information, withdraw consent where applicable, appeal a request decision, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact RowFlow to exercise a privacy right.
Children
RowFlow is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact RowFlow if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes and contact
RowFlow may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. For privacy questions or requests, email support@rowflow.app.
